Customer account

To create your Douze account and customer profile, click on the My Account icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on "New customer", fill in the fields with your information, and submit. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.

You also have the option to create your account at the time of purchase.

To log in to your Douze account and customer profile, click on the My Account icon ( icon ) in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password, then click "Log in".

No, creating an account is not mandatory to place an order.

Order

When you place an order with Douze, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your order number and a summary of your order. You can also view your order in the “My Account” section under the “Orders” tab.

Our order preparation and shipping service is very fast, and once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our warehouse. Therefore, even if we wanted to, it's nearly impossible for us to stop the process. However, you can still email hi@drinkdouze.com if you need to make any changes, and we will try to assist you as best we can.

The pre-order system allows you to get early access to Douze products and reserve your packs. The product's shipping date is indicated on its page.

We deliver Douze to Metropolitan France and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland

Delivery to the EU and the UK:

Douze ensures that orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day.

Delivery times once the package has been shipped are the sole responsibility of the carriers and not that of Douze.

Delivery in Metropolitan France:

Mondial Relay (collection point): 2 to 3 business days

Colissimo (mailbox): 2 to 3 business days

Chronopost (delivery against signature): Next day

Delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your customer account by clicking on the My Account icon (top right), then going to the "Orders" section and clicking on the tracking number of your current order.

If your order status shows "delivered" and you haven't received your package, this is most likely due to the carrier. Please write to hi@drinkdouze.com , and we will do everything we can to help you.

You can easily suspend your subscription from your customer account, in the "Subscriptions" section, by clicking on "Suspend my subscription" next to your current subscription. Please note that any changes to a subscription must be made no later than 48 hours before the originally scheduled renewal date to be effective.

The subscription is available in Metropolitan France and in the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland

The Twelve subscription is 100% flexible. It can also be modified at any time in the "Subscription" section by clicking on "Modify my subscription".

You can also suspend it by clicking on “Suspend my subscription”. Please note that any changes to a subscription must be made no later than 48 hours before the originally scheduled renewal date to be effective.

Once deactivated, your subscription can be reactivated at any time, in the same place - just click on "Reactivate my subscription".
