Customer account
To create your Douze account and customer profile, click on the My Account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on "New customer", fill in the fields with your information, and submit. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.
You also have the option to create your account at the time of purchase.
To log in to your Douze account and customer profile, click on the My Account icon (icon) at the top right of the screen. Enter your email and password, then click "Log In". If you have forgotten your password, a recovery link will allow you to reset it quickly.
No, creating an account is not mandatory to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and to benefit from our exclusive offers.
Order
When you place an order with Douze, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your order number and a summary of your order. You can also view your order in the “My Account” section under the “Orders” tab.
Our order preparation and shipping service is very fast, and once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our warehouse. Please contact us promptly at hi@drinkdouze.com if you have an urgent change to make, and we will do our best to assist you.
The pre-order system allows you to get early access to Douze products and reserve your packs. The shipping date is indicated on the product page. This is your chance to not miss out on any of our new creations.
If your order has not yet been processed, you can modify it directly from your account. Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@drinkdouze.com with your order number, and we will see what we can do.
Delivery
We deliver Douze to Metropolitan France and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland
Delivery within mainland France
Mondial Relay (to a collection point): €4
Free delivery on orders over €50 and for all Douze subscriptions
Colissimo (delivered to mailbox): €8

Chronopost (signature required): €10

Delivery to the EU and UK: Shipping costs vary depending on your destination.
Douze ensures that orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day.
Delivery times once the package has been shipped are the sole responsibility of the carriers and not Douze.
Delivery in Metropolitan France:
Relay point: 5 to 7 business days
Colissimo (mailbox): 2 to 3 business days
Chronopost: D+1
Delivery to the European Union and the United Kingdom: 5 to 7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your customer account by clicking on the My Account icon (top right), then going to the "Orders" section and clicking on the tracking number of your current order.
If your order status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, it's most likely due to the carrier. Please first check with your neighbors or at your relay point. If you still can't find it, email hi@drinkdouze.com, and we will do our best to help you.

You can easily suspend your subscription from your customer account, in the "Subscriptions" section, by clicking on "Suspend my subscription" next to your current subscription. Please note that any changes to a subscription must be made no later than 48 hours before the originally scheduled renewal date to be effective.
Subscription is available in France and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
The Douze subscription is 100% flexible. It can also be modified at any time in the "Subscription" section by clicking on "Modify my subscription".

Once deactivated, your subscription can be reactivated at any time, in the same place - just click on "Reactivate my subscription".
