INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cl freshly squeezed orange
  • 3 cl cinnamon infusion
  • 1 thyme sprig
  • Douze Éclipse

boozy twist: add 2 cl Campari

STEPS

1. Add orange juice and cinnamon infusion along with ice cubes to the shaker
BOOZY TWIST: add Campari

2. Shake for 10 seconds

3. Strain the mix and pour into the coupette

4. Top with Douze Pear & Anise

5. Garnish with thyme sprig

6. Enjoy
