1. Add lemon juice and ice cubes to the shaker and shake
BOOZY TWIST: add the dark rum and apricot liqueur
2. Instead of salting the coupette rim, replace the salt with Ras El Hanoult spices
3. Pour the content of the shaker into the coupette
4. Top with Douze Apricot & Za'atar and stir
