1. Pour the clementine juice into the shaker
BOOZY TWIST: add the vermouth and shake

2. Fill your glass with ice and submerge with the content of the shaker

3. Top with Douze Apricot & Za'atar and stir

4. Garnish with the rosemary sprig and a few pomegranate seeds
