INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cl freshly squeezed orange
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 celery sprig
  • Table Salt
  • Douze Éclipse

boozy twist: add 3 cl Mezcal

STEPS

1. Salt the glass rim before filling with ice cubes

2. Add halved cherry tomatoes into the shaker and crush

3. Pour the orange juice and ice before shaking for 10 seconds
BOOZY TWIST: Add Mezcal

4. Strain the mix from the shaker and pour into glass

5. Top with Douze Pear & Anise

6. Garnish with celery sprig

7. Enjoy
