INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cl squeezed lemon
  • 0,5 cl orange blossom water
  • 2 melon (summer) or pear (winter) wedges
  • Douze Éclipse

boozy twist: add 2 cl gin and 1 cl arak

STEPS

1. Add the lemon juice, orange blossom water, fruit and ice into a shaker
BOOZY TWIST: add the gin and arak

2. Pour the mix into an ice-filled glass

3. Top with Douze Pear & Anise

4. Garnish with a fruit wedge

5. Enjoy
