  • 6 cl Verjus or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 1 peach (summer) or apple (winter) wedge
  • Douze Solstice

boozy twist: add 3 cl tequila

STEPS

1. Add verjus or lemon juice to your ice-filled glass along with fruit wedges and stir
BOOZY TWIST: add tequila

2. Top off with Douze Apricot & Za'atar

3. Stir once again

4. Enjoy
